Every Titan Tee is printed on demand specifically for your order, which means we don’t hold pre-made stock and can’t offer refunds or exchanges for wrong sizing or simple change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Defective or damaged items
If your tee arrives faulty, print peeling, wrong design, misprinted, or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund. No need to send the faulty item back.
Wrong item received
If we’ve sent the wrong product or size, let us know within 14 days via our contact form and we’ll fix it at no cost to you.
What isn’t covered
A few things aren’t eligible for a free replacement, since they’re not manufacturing defects:
- Minor sizing variation under 1 inch from the size chart
- Post-wash shrinkage or wrinkling (wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low, this minimises it)
- Change of mind, wrong size ordered, or colour preference
Order issues
Made an error with your order (wrong address, wrong size selected)? Get in touch as soon as possible, we may be able to correct it before production starts, but once an item enters production it can’t be changed or cancelled.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 10-14 business days, depending on your bank and payment provider.
